This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, digital plans, premium content, and app-based services purchased through our website are cancelled and how refund requests are handled.
By purchasing a subscription, starting a trial, accessing a personalized plan, or using our digital service, you agree to this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions purchased through our website can only be cancelled by contacting our support team directly at support@ketomateapp.com.
Deleting your account, uninstalling the application, stopping use of the program, not following the plan, or removing your payment method does not cancel an active subscription.
To avoid future charges, you must contact our support team and request cancellation before your next billing date or before the end of your trial period.
Once your cancellation request is processed, no future renewal payments will be charged. Your access may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
2. Refund Policy
All subscription payments, trial conversions, renewal payments, digital plan purchases, and recurring subscription charges are final and non-refundable once the paid access period has started.
After successful payment, users receive immediate access to digital services, premium app functionality, personalized content, meal plans, nutrition guidance, progress tools, coaching materials, or other features included in the selected plan.
The provision of such access constitutes full delivery of the purchased digital service.
Because access is provided immediately after payment, refunds cannot be issued once the paid access period has started, even if the service was not used, was only partially used, or the user later decides not to continue.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Trial subscriptions that convert into paid subscriptions;
- Recurring subscription renewals;
- Personalized digital plans already made available;
- Premium content, meal plans, workouts, coaching materials, or digital guidance already provided;
- Partially used or unused subscription periods;
- Failure to cancel before the next billing date;
- Deleting the application or account after payment;
- Not using or not following the plan after payment;
- Misunderstanding the trial, renewal amount, billing frequency, or subscription terms displayed during checkout.
3. Trial Subscriptions
Where a trial offer is provided, the trial price, trial duration, renewal amount, billing frequency, and cancellation requirements are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Failure to cancel before the end of the trial period does not qualify for a refund of the subsequent subscription charge.
4. Digital Service Delivery
Our service provides digital access to app-based features, personalized content, nutrition tools, wellness guidance, progress features, and related digital materials.
Once these features or materials are made available to the user, the digital service is considered delivered.
Results may vary depending on the user’s actions, consistency, health condition, lifestyle, and other personal factors. Lack of desired results does not qualify for a refund.
5. Important Statement
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and submitting cancellation requests before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service.
A subscription remains active until it is cancelled by our support team following a valid cancellation request.
We may review exceptional cases at our sole discretion, but this does not create any automatic right to a refund.
6. App Store and Google Play Purchases
This Policy applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through our website. If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refund requests must be managed directly through the respective store according to their policies.
7. Note for EEA, UK and Switzerland Residents
By purchasing a subscription, starting a trial, accessing a personalized plan, or using premium digital features, you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of digital services.
You acknowledge that once digital access, personalized content, or premium functionality has been granted, the service is considered delivered and your right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
